Planned Parenthood Springfield Area!

All donations made to PPSA remain in the local area and directly support patient services, advocacy and educational programs. PPSA is recognized by the state and federal governments as a not-for-profit organization. Donations made to PPSA are tax deductible as allowed by present law.

Our mailing list is in excess of 2,000 supporters. All current supporters of PPSA receive our newsletters, invitations to special events and timely medical and legislative updates.

Donors may designate their gift to a specific program, the endowment fund, or make an unrestricted contribution allowing us to utilize a donation in the area where it is most needed.

Donations may also be made through your work place giving program through the Community Shares of Illinois.

Donors may make donations/ pledges on a monthly basis through the donor's personal bank account or by credit card. Contact the Finance Department at 544-8790 x206 for information and forms.

PPSA never lends, sells or rents our list of donors to any other organization without approval by the Board of Directors. The only time the board has approved this is by allowing the Illinois Planned Parenthood Council, our statewide legislative office, access to our list.
